THE AIM OF THE LABOR PROTECTION POLICY:
Creating workplace working conditions that meet safety standards by:
- carrying out systematic work to prevent occupational injuries and occupational diseases and eliminate the causes;

implementation of modern technological solutions and management systems at the enterprise, aimed at both increasing profits and meeting customer requirements, and minimizing production risks.
THE AIM IS ACHIEVED BY ENSURING THE FULFILLMENT OF THE FOLLOWING OBLIGATIONS:
- Compliance with the requirements of legislative and technical regulatory legal acts in the field of labor protection in force on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
- Ensure safe working conditions for employees: regularly identify and analyze the risks specific to the types of work used, take all possible measures and allocate the necessary funds to minimize the impact of hazardous and harmful production factors in the workplace.
- Constantly improve working conditions in the workplace and take care of the health of their employees, guarantee social support and timely medical care.
- Systematically inform employees about working conditions in the workplace, ensure continuous improvement of the level of knowledge in the field of occupational safety and improve the motivation system in order to realize the personal responsibility of each employee and ensure the involvement of all personnel in the health and safety management system in professional activities.
- Monitor and analyze the state of labor protection, make timely management decisions to improve the established labor protection management system based on an assessment of its functioning and measurement of factors affecting labor protection, implementing the principle of continuous improvement.
The management of JSC «MMW» assumes responsibility for improving the occupational health and safety management system, providing resources to ensure the implementation of this policy, undertakes to bring it to the attention of each employee and requires everyone to strictly comply with it.
