Quality policy of JOINT STOCK COMPANY «MOGILEV METALLURGICAL WORKS»
The company's activities in the field of quality management are aimed at implementing the strategy set out in the Business Plan in accordance with the purpose defined in the Charter taking into account the annually updated risks of the context, through the design, manufacture and supply of cold-formed welded steel pipes of square, rectangular and circular cross-sections, cast iron castings, technical cast iron shot, cast iron manholes of sewage and inspection wells for automobile and pedestrian zones, draft axles for railway rolling stock in accordance with the requirements of consumers with strict compliance with legal and other mandatory requirements, including the quality management system.
The implementation of the intentions of the Quality Policy is carried out in the following main areas:
- creation, maintaining the acceptability, suitability, adequacy and validation of the quality management system in relation to the production and supply of steel welded cold-formed square and rectangular pipes, welded cold-formed round pipes, cast iron and cast iron shot and shot, design and development, production and supply sewer hatches and manholes for automobile and pedestrian areas, and draft axles for railway rolling stock according to the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015
- tactical and operational planning based on the requirements of consumers (customers), taking into account the needs of the founders, staff, public authorities and the public
- development of partnership relations with suppliers of raw materials, materials and components;
- design, development and launch of new types of products and technologies in accordance with the requirements of a particular customer and market needs;
- ensuring compliance of products during manufacture and delivery with the requirements of contracts, applicable technical regulations, mandatory technical regulatory legal acts and legislative acts;
- maintenance of infrastructure through technical re-equipment, modernization and reconstruction of production;
- maintaining the production environment, as well as monitoring and measurement equipment in proper condition to ensure product quality guarantees.
The top management of the enterprise assumes responsibility for the effectiveness of the quality management system, obligations to implement the stated Policy and establish measurable quality goals, including ensuring compliance of the company's activities with the established requirements through the definition of quality management system processes and the necessary documented procedures, communicating and explaining the Policy provisions to the staff, applying risk-based thinking when updating the quality management system, allocating the necessary resources for this, analyzing the continuous suitability of the Quality Policy and improving the current quality management system with to increase customer satisfaction.
