Certificates

Products of our factory not included into the list for obligatory certification for compliance with technical standard legal acts. Despite it, in 2004-2007 we conducted voluntary certification and now there are following attestations and certificates:

• certificate № BY 112 03.1.2 BH1682 (26.09.2006 - 07.02.2009) on 33 names of pig –iron manholes in accordance with GOST 3634-99 (body on certification of items of engineering industry ИМИНМАШ of National academy RB);
• · certificate № NB/112 03.1.2 BH1677 (30.06.2006 - 29.06.2009) on steel profile tubes on meeting the requirements of GOST 13663-86 (body on certification of items of engineering industry ИМИНМАШ of National academy RB);
• · certificates № BY 112 03.1.1 BH1415 (15.12.2004 - 15.02.2007) and № BY 112 03.03 033 00670 (01.03.2007 – 20.09.2009) on hot-blast stoves VN-01 and BH-02 on meeting the requirements of norms and fire prevention rules;
• · certificate Q310 MPA NRW on quality system on meeting the requirements MC International Organization for Standardization 9001.

During the whole year there was held a complex of works on the confirmation of hot-blast stoves VN of types VN of types 03, 04 to hygienic requirements and fire prevention rules was being conducted.

For nurseries game and athletic fields, gas and water supplying tubes, a collapsible summer shower has certificates hygienic registration № 08-33-5.28213 (25.06.2004 – 25.06.2007), № 08-33-5.46181 (08.11.2009), № 08-33-5.46182 (08.11.2006-08.11.2009).

The big work is conducted on participation of JSC "MMW" in competitions in the field of quality and on the advancing of products manufactured by the works for outlets:

• the works became the Winner of the 1st Prize of the Ministry of Industry;
• with host-blast stoves VN we won the Third competition of power efficient and resource-saving production engineering and the equipment of the Belarus industrial forum in a nomination "heat equipment engineering".
• with steel profile tubes we won the competition "The Best goods of RB - 2006".

In 2007 JSC "MMW" confirmed its rank of the Prize of Government of RB for achievements in the field of quality.

At the works a big amount of attention is also paid to another system – ecological management. In June, 2005 the certificate of the company’s activity in the field of environment protection to the requirements of another international standard – International Organization of Standardization 14001 has been gained, in June 2006, the certificate supervision was conducted, and therewith were defined the ways of further improvement of nature conservation activity.
